1Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Kass Gaming, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our services.
2Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use our services with the permission of a parent or guardian. By placing an order you confirm this.
3Orders & payment
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and can change without notice. Payment is made through Billplz (FPX online banking, cards and e-wallets) and must be completed before we start your order.
4Delivery & correct details
You are responsible for giving the correct game ID, server / zone and account details. We are not responsible for a top-up sent to the wrong account because of wrong details.
5Refunds
Digital items cannot be returned once they are delivered. See our Refund Policy for the cases where we do refund.
6Account security
Never share your game password unless the product clearly asks for login details. We will never ask for your bank PIN or OTP.
7Not affiliated
Kass Gaming is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher. We are not liable for bans or penalties applied by game developers.
8Changes
We may change these terms at any time. Using the website after a change means you accept the new terms.
