Refund Policy
Kass Gaming sells digital items. Once an item is delivered to your game account it cannot be taken back, so please check your details before you pay.
1When we refund
If we cannot deliver your order (out of stock, the game server rejects it, or the order fails on our side), you get a full refund.
2How you get the money back
Refunds go to your wallet on our website straight away, so you can use them on your next order. If you prefer, contact us and we will return it to your bank account instead (usually within 3–7 working days).
3No refund
We cannot refund an order that was delivered, or a top-up sent to a wrong ID or server that you entered.
4Unpaid orders
An order that is not paid within 60 minutes is cancelled automatically. If money left your bank but the order was cancelled, contact us with your order number — the amount is added to your wallet.
